Frequently Asked Questions
How does this work?
You place an order with us. The night before your event we place the card in the yard; usually between 10p-6a. The recipient enjoys the card for the scheduled time. We take the card away after 10p the day of. If you are having an event in the evening and want the sign to stay up past 10 pm or the next day, we suggest adding another day to your order, since we cannot promise a specific time for pickup or delivery.
Are these rentals or for purchase?
You rent the yard card from us for the amount of time you paid for. If you are interested in purchasing any or all of the signs after the display period has ended, you must pay for that in advance. You can call us at 847-951-3820 to request a purchase. If a sign is missing when we pick up, you will be charged for that sign as a purchase. Prices for individual signs start at $50 each.
